Career Pathways is a collaborative venture between Disha Counseling Center, Mumbai's premier and well known career guidance institution, and Domex Technical Information.
Disha Counseling Center has been the forerunner in the field of aptitude testing and career guidance for the last 15 years. Over the years, Disha has witnessed the changing expectations of students and parents, and early on recognised the need for an online version of the traditional paper-and-pencil methodology of conducting aptitude testing. Career Pathways is the outcome of this realisation.
Domex Technical Information has created a niche for itself in providing technology services to specialised segments. Domex has been the backbone behind CareerPathways.co.in, providing seamless technological integration that enables students to take the tests online without any difficulty.
Thus, Career Pathways brings the entire aptitude testing and career guidance procedure right into your drawing rooms! You can undergo an aptitude test from the comfort of your house, and have the reports delivered into your mailbox. Additionally, you can also avail of personalised counseling sessions through Skype or Phone, or opt for an in-person session should you so desire. Nupoor Karnik is a Counseling Psychologist from the SNDT University. Nupoor is actively working at Disha Counseling Center in the area of psychological assessments, psychometric evaluation - assessments, career guidance and counseling. She has an experience of working in schools and dealing with children and parents regarding various behavioral and academic issues. She also has a previous experience of facilitating career counseling and career guidance workshops and seminars for school students as well.

Specializes in personality assessments and individual counseling, and her areas of interest are child, adolescent and marital counseling. She has considerable experience in psychometric evaluations and assessments. Shital is also an experienced assessor, having assessed in over 75 assessments - development centers, for various managerial levels – junior, middle and senior. Besides this, she has vast experience in conducting competency based interviews as well as assessor training workshops. She combines her psychological knowledge with industry insights, and has played a major role in the creation of the aptitude test battery.
Shital's strength lies in her detail orientation and her ability to take every task to completion. It has been her persistence and her extremely detailed work that has been instrumental in ensuring that Career Pathways is made available to students and parents.

As a clinical psychologist, she specialises in psycho diagnostics and clinical assessments and has considerable experience in child, adolescent, marriage as well as family psychotherapy. She is also a certified hypnotherapist from the California Hypnotherapy Institution of India (CHII), a Reiki practitioner and a crystal healer. She uses an integrated and holistic approach toward healing people in distress.
Samindara has a strong research orientation and a scientific bent of mind. Combined with her systematic way of working and her excellent critical reasoning, enables her to create psychometric tests with utmost care and thought. She has been the key force behind laying down test construction principles, as well as statistically testing the tests out before they are ready for use.
MA (Counseling Psychology)
With a Masters' in Counseling Psychology from the University of Mumbai, Poonam has 10 years of experience in the area of career guidance and counseling. Poonam has special mastery over giving vocational inputs and suggestions to under-achieving students (ie, students who may not be faring very well academically).
