Ans: A course in HR can be done from any stream. You can opt for a Bachelor's course in Human Resource which is for 3 years and then opt for a Masters programme in HR or an MBA in Human Resource. After completing your course you can do an internship in a company in the HR department. This will help you in the future.

Ans: To get a degree you can do a certification course from NSE (National Stock Exchange) or BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). BTI conducts a test of 100 marks consisting of 60 questions. The certificate is awarded to those who score a minimum of 60% marks. There is no minimum eligibility criterion for taking this test.
My son wants to be a software programmer, but I don't think he have the capacity to got through the entrance exams that are required to get in to the engineering programmes. Admission is through entrance exams conducted by the colleges which will include reasoning general awareness numerical aptitude and political science. There will be no problems in getting admission. Ans: The best option is to do a Degree course of Engineering which is after HSC Science through MH CET. The Diploma course of Engineering is for 3 years .You will have to get a first class through out to get admission in the 2nd year of the Degree course of Engineering (lateral entry ). So it would be better if you could opt for the Degree course directly after HSC. Course is available at Marine Engineering Research Institute at Kolkatta and the entry is through IIT-JEE and another one is Tolani Maritime Institute , Pune. There are very few girls in this field as it involves sailing for 6 to 8 months at a stretch.
