All India Entrance Examination for Design 2017

 

The ARCH Academy of Design organizes the All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) which is a national level examination as an entrance gateway for students aspiring to make their careers in this creative field. This exam enables admission into both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses. This exam aims to measure various traits like creativity, logical reasoning and aptitude skills. The AIEED Exam is scheduled be conducted through ONLINE mode from 11th December 2016 to 31st December 2016; whereas the OFFLINE exam is on Tuesday, 07th Feb 2017.

 

 Under Graduate Design Courses - 

♦ Fashion Design, Interior Design, Jewelry Design, Graphic Design, Craft Product Design, Design Management and BVA (Bachelor in Visual Arts).

 

 Post Graduate Design Courses -

♦ Fashion Design, GPEM, Interior Design, Jewelry Design, Lifestyle Accessory Design, Design Communication, Strategic Design Management and Strategic Management & Leadership.

 

 For UG Courses:

♦ Candidates who have appeared/pass 10+2 or equivalent examination.
♦ 10+1 Class candidates can also apply. But they will get direct admission in academic year 2018 after passing the interview round.

 

 For PG Courses:

♦ Only Graduates candidates can apply.
♦ Appearing candidates are also eligible.

 

 Application Fee: 

Candidates must pay the application fee of Rs. 3000/- via Online procedures or by drawing a Demand Draft in favour of the institute. 

 

 Exam Pattern & Duration:

The test is available in both formats- online & offline. Question Papers are bilingual - Hindi & English. The answers of the offline exam cab be written in either of the languages. However, in the online exam, although questions can be read in the choice of language, answers must be written in English only. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours 15 minutes.
