The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) announces Common recruitment Process through online applications for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
About IBPS:The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous body engages in Assessment and Selection of Personnel for various client organizations. IBPS provides its service to all Public Sector Banks, SBI, Associate Banks of SBI, RBI, NABARD, SIDBI, few Co-op. Banks, LIC & Insurance companies.
Over the years, IBPS has gained reputation of being a major “Personnel Selection Test Conducting Agency” of the country. They are specialised in:
- Developing and constructing Multiple Choice Objective Tests and tools used for mass level testing programmes
- Assessment Centres
- Group Dynamics Related Personality Assessments for selection and/ or testing of personnel for higher level positions.
Eligibility Criteria:He/ she should be an Indian Citizen.

| Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager) | Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, with Two years working experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution. |
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers (Manager) |
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. One year (in the relevant field) |
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) |
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions |
