Admissions to the First Year of Four Year Full Time Graduate Degree Course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) for the Academic Year 2016-17 is now open via the Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test - MAH B.HMCT CET-2016. The entrance test is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 22nd May 2016.
Eligibility Criteria:
♦ The candidate should be an Indian National.
♦ Candidates should have passed HSC or its equivalent exam and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least
40% marks in aggregate for backward class category and Persons with Disabilities candidates belonging to Maharashtra
state only).
Exam Pattern:
The MAH B.HMCT will consist of 100 multiple-choice objective questions based on –
♦ Verbal Ability
♦ Arithmetic Ability
♦ Awareness – Culture, Current Affaires – National & International, Trade & Commerce, Sports, Science, Travel
& Tourism.
Note: The test shall contain no negative marking.
Test Duration: 90 minutes
