
The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) is a government aided non-profit organization which aims to provide education, training and research in the arena of construction and other allied industries. NICMAR conducts an entrance exam - NCAT (NICMAR Common Admission Test) each year as a gateway for selection of students for its post graduate courses. NICMAR has various courses spread out at its many campuses at - Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Indore, Delhi and Mumbai. The admission process for the academic session 2017-19 shall include - the NCAT 2017 followed by a personal interview, scheduled to be conducted from 9th January 2017 to 14th January 2017.
NICMAR Entrance Exam Syllabus:
NICMAR Entrance Exam consists of questions from the following topics
♦ Data Interpretation
♦ Quantitative and Analytical Ability
♦ English Language
♦ General Knowledge
Exam Pattern:
Candidates must take the NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) or the qualifying exams such as the CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) and a Rating of Application (RA).
Total Marks: 250 Marks
NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) - 150 marks
♦ Quantitative and Analytical Ability - 60 marks
♦ Data Interpretation - 30 marks
♦ Verbal and General Ability - 60 marks
Personal Interview (PI) - 50 marks
