is the absolute entrance exam conducted in India for students aspiring to study medicine or various paramedical sciences - graduate medical course
(MBBS), dental courses (BDS) or postgraduate course (MD/MS) in private or government medical colleges in India. Organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) , NEET-UG has replaced the AIPMT (All India Pre-Medical Test) and all other individual MBBS exams organized by states or colleges themselves. NEET-UG 2019 is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, 5th May 2019
Note: NEET- UG 2019 will be conducted in the OFFLINE or Paper-Pen Mode.
General Guidelines -
- Candidates must possess valid Aadhar cards.
- Candidates are permitted to attempt the NEET exam only thrice until they meet the age criteria.
- The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2019 i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. Course.
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology with English with the following minimum percentages: general category - 50%, SC/ST/OBC - 40%, general PH - 45% and SC/ST/OBC handicapped - 40%.

NEET 2019 Syllabus :
NEET would consist of 4 subjects, i.e. Chemistry, Physics, Zoology and Botany from 11th & 12th board (NCERT & CBSE) academic syllabus.
